Samuel Braddock, Paranormal Intermediary with The PIU, makes his presence known and has “urgent” business with Mary. In today's update of Voidchild.

Samson's name has only been mentioned in passing in previous chapters of Voidchild. Way back when...

If you enjoy Voidchild please consider subscribing, rating, commenting and/or sharing! Any of these things help me and the comic a lot!

Hahaha oh man Samuel might have the most in your face epic introduction ive seen in the comic so far xD

I like this guy like the others!! Great composition too with him yelling, I wonder if hes the one who will teach Mary about the “date”...I sincerely doubt it thanks to that last panel :P

Lol, I’m glad you like his introduction! He’s the “resident loudmouth” after all! And I suppose he is literally in Mary’s face now that you mention it. :D

Our heroine seems to be backed into a corner right now. Hopefully, someone comes to her aid. ;)

Haha, I don’t know if Mary dislikes him but he is definitely too close for her comfort. And yeah, Bexley knew what was up as soon as that door slammed open. :D

what a yell lol, and it looks like "might forces" are about to stop Samuel, judging by the hand in the last panel.

The man has, if nothing else, a set of pipes on him. And yes, "Mighty forces" abound and the probable reason for his urgency. ;)

Ah, yes. Another one of those folks who think that volume is an acceptable substitute for charm, wit, or intelligent thought.

Even that wouldn't be so bad if they didn't insist that we agreee with their opinion of themselves.....

Lol, I read that as volume as in "mass/density" first which also made sense, but then it sunk in that you meant "volume as in loud of course". Just a footnote on intelligent thought. =D

Anyhoo, volume and loud noises is probably an especially jarring way to impress Mary considering her history. She's not used to it and incredibly loud and sudden noise is probably more associated with danger than liveliness.

Honestly, I'm starting to suspect that The Author finds it funny putting Mary into challenging situations towards which she is not entirely adjusted. What an arse! ^_^

It didn't occur to me how apt that "volume" is for everything about him--you have improved my comment. ^^

"Fish out of water" is a perfectly valid theme for comedy or drama, or any combination thereof. no arsiness evident here. :)
