Coming apart in today's Voidchild.
I want to give a preliminary heads-up that I'm out of town next weekend and so the sunday update might be a little late. Hopefully, I can get enough work done during the week to avoid this.
The Wednesday update is unaffected!

It looks like she might be pushing herself too far. That's usually what it means when skin is falling off from attacks.

Further than she's comfortable with perhaps? As alluded in the first chapter. =x
There is other meaning than just "skin falling off too", but this isn't the time and place for nuance! ^_^

Fair point! Though I expect she is dealing with the biggest goon on the battlefield and the ones not there are safely hidden(they hope?).

I like the line of speculation here, about an unseen hand. You've got the right idea. These beings are terrifying in their own right, but the unknown factor here may be, in a way, more disturbing. ;)

Oh I wish I could tell you who/what summoned these guys. I think you'd like/hate it. But that's a story for another day. ^_^
And she's not Tisiphone, though I do like the furies, as a concept! ^_^

The melting/peeling effects in the 3rd panel are really cool. :)

It does hurt me a bit putting May trough the ringer like this. All in the name of storytelling though! ^_^
