Well, he did say please.
Plus do you really want to be branded as a cop killer. That usually gets some unwanted attention.

Hey, I wouldn’t want that! Whether Amir cares or not is a different question (he gives off that shrugged vibe!).

To be fair, he kind of whispered it. Then again, you might have him pegged with the whole boundaries thing. :x

They aren't dead yet, so "Giving them a good thrashing" might be a better choice of words than "Killing them". :)
(Unless of course he actually DOES kill them....)

Maybe she’s assuming a worst case scenario. Or maybe she’s got him pegged right! He is raising that hand kind of “murderishly”. And she might (sadly) have an inkling of how easily he and she are able to pierce a mans chest with their bare hands. ;_;
(for full transparency’s sake, he is looking to hurt them more than just with a thrashing :o )

You noticed! The facade hiding his jerkiness is coming undone. :D

Not content to talk things over, like Abe did back when he helped Mary out with the whole license thing back in Chapter 1. Amir probably sees himself as a man of action! :D

Oh, he wasn’t very far behind. ;) Let’s see how she responds to Amir’s act of, ehm, “chivalry”. 8)
