You could choose to destroy the world instead. Did you forget about that?

Does that mean he can't die of old age? Or is he still aging, but is stuck at kid size?

He's aging mentally, but not physically. Far as we know, he'll stay like that unless he dies of non-natural causes. Far as we know...

Ahh that's so clever I wouldn't have guessed it was a hex that regressed his age physical appearance! And it's cool how these guys, while brilliant I'm sure, are still vulnerable and okay with the ambiguity and danger of their profession :)

I like how they've been touring the whole place and he asks the final "are you ready" at the top of the tower, feels really cinematic and poetic to me haha. And poor Mary...thrown into conflicting situation one after the other :(

Well it's one of the many ways you can find yourself in a child's body I guess. =D And it's supposed to be the testament to the added risk that comes with working for the P.I.U. In my mind, it was meant to be the most unpredictable profession you could think of. There's traditional danger obviously, but also the unexpected things that can happen along the way. Like with Morgan here.

And yes, it's time to put that final nail in the coffin. Abe's giving Mary one more chance to back out if she wants to. Let's see how her reasoning goes this Wednesday!

You’ve read Mary like an open book. :) And the question is also whether how much she’ll view herself as part of the team? We’ll get her reasoning in the next page.

Crap, I was in the ballpark about the Chief....too bad for him. Hope there's some sort of cure for his sake

Could explain why maybe he's a bit cranky from time to time. And there's no known cure. Lack of safety nets for the mystical World and all that… =/

well, on the bright side, when he's physically just seven, and he's stuck in that condition, he may be immortal ...?

For better or worse perhaps. I’ve always thought of the concept of immortality as a curse. But at least he won’t have to worry about shaving for a while if ever!

I'd take immortality any day. The world would need to be in constant change, in order to remain fulfilling, but I believe that's actually the case anyway ;)
