Hi all, after about exactly a year's absence Voidchild returns. I absolutely did not mean for the comic to drop off the face of the planet and apologize for that. If you're an old reader and still hanging about then thank you so much for being patient with me. If you're new to Voidchild and you’re wondering what I’m talking about... don't worry about it. =)
Either way, enough of my babbling! Voidchild is back and will continue to update on Wednesdays with no major breaks in sight. Please enjoy today's page (filled with joyful imagery as it is)!

I am as committed to finishing Voidchild as I ever was and the urge to draw is stronger than ever!
And am I ever excited to see that Dragon Chapel is now on Comic Fury. Subbed and expect me to catch up very soon! ;)

That's an absolutely wild idea to me. A real magic spell that exists solely to prank anyone who tries to use it.

He was for sure. Wonder why he’d go to such lengths for what he thought was a protection spell though? Hmm.....

why he go to such lengths- I guess, the combination of being a psychopath and really, really desperate? and most possibly also dumber as a bread ;)

I’d call you an “Acquired” reader, not letting labels of age intrude. Just that I’m amazed that someone so refined (still) appreciate my little comic. And I am also very happy to see you around as well. Thanks again for being patient with this silly author. :)
As for the page, if you look closely (some of these details disappear because I have to lower the resolution) there are a number of intestinal bits and bobs strewn about the house. Having been trolled into making use of a “rubbish spell” I felt added some much needed insult to injury and a fitting end to the life of Victoria’s worst father!
And I’m glad you’re doing expecting Mary’s reaction. I hope it will suffice once it arrives. ;)

So sorry about the long absence. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, that will not happen again.
And can I say I am absolutely flattered upside down that you checked in after so long to see if the comic was up. It made my day!
