the things on the table could be scrolls? but there's a bunch of little bits around them, so maybe they're partially destroyed. is this relevant to the matters at hand or am i looking too much into the details??? i dunno but it's fun to speculate

I don't know who this is, but I find him interesting. Hope to see more of him.

He's Nelson Movian, the guy behind the kidnapping of Catherine's daughter. He appeared in ch. 1-2 (only more poorly drawn because of my inexperience :[ ).
Incidentally, he's one of my favourite characters to draw and voice because of his mannerism and eloquent language. ^_^ don't worry, you'll be seeing more of him. ^_^
